STC Project Management
MEI has available on staff various FAA DER disciplines, including Management, Interior Arrangement, Structures, Electrical, Mechanical Systems and Flammability. From the smallest project to full integration projects on Part 23 and 25 Aircraft.

Flammability Services
MEI staff have the capabilities of generating customer test plans and reports to meet regulatory requirements. In house Flammability DER's can approve and witness tests in accordance with FAA requirements. These personnel are also Boeing OBAR's as well as Airbus technical specialists.

Technical Manual Preparation
MEI also has experienced technical authors who can generate customized aircraft technical manuals, including Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Wiring Diagram Manuals, etc.
